CONFIRMATION AT GOOD SHEPHERD

Confirmation is the sacrament in which the candidates “express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop.”  It is also an opportunity for adults from different traditions to be ritually received into the Episcopal Church.

We will offer two confirmation preparation classes one at our Windsor Campus and another at the Woodland Campus. If you’ve been thinking and praying as to whether now might be the time to take the next step and become a Confirmed member of Good Shepherd, we hope you’ll attend one of the retreats below. All friends of Good Shepherd are welcome to participate – even if you are not yet sure if you’d like to be confirmed; it’s a great place to start, to ask questions, to connect, and to learn.
