Austin Cantorum presents A Concert for Springtime

The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd is pleased to offer the Candlelight Concert series, which consists of six varied performances through the programming year.

This year, we are proud to present one of the newest and most exciting choral ensembles in Central Texas, the Austin Cantorum. Led by conductor Cristian Cantu, this choir explores seasonal themes, creatively presented through both ancient and newly composed music.

Two major organ recitals are also being offered, presented by Dr. Joseph Causby of San Antonio and Chris Oelkers, respectively. Both programs will feature organ masterworks by varied composers. And, the series is crowned by a performance from our own Good Shepherd Choir, in collaboration with the Choirs and orchestra of Texas State University.

All performances are free and open to the public; any donations received go to support this concert series.
