Love Heals: Bridging Difference (Windsor Campus Lenten Formation)

LOVE HEALS: BRIDGING DIFFERENCE
FORMATION DURING LENT

During Lent our Formation offerings for all ages will focus on stories and conversations that help us bridge differences. These conversations intend to celebrate our unique faith, race and life experiences, broadening our definition of who we see as neighbors. We will work to let Love Heal through topics which have historically felt conflicting, and this curriculum should serve as groundwork for our parish.

FAMILIES
Our Muslim neighbors will join Good Shepherd families with elementary-aged children as we all hear faith stories that we share with one another: Noah, Job, the Good Samaritan and the Good Shepherd. Our focus will be on sharing our family stories with each other as it relates to the Bible and the Koran, all the while walking the path of bridging our differences. Intergenerational experience.
