THE PARK AT LOVE HILL
Taking advantage of the expanse of natural space, and the beauty of the Austin skyline view, The Hill has begun creating Love Hill, a  neighborhood park for walking, meditating, disc golf, picnicking, and gardening. Over time, this area will continue to add more trails, features, and amenities to further its identity as a beautiful and welcoming community space. If you would like to help grow and shape the Park on the Hill, please contact the Rev. Kathy Pfister.

OPPORTUNITY GARDENS
The Gardens on the Hill create an opportunity to put down roots, both physically and figuratively, in the neighborhood. They are an opportunity for community engagement centered around creating abundance and increasing well-being.  Join us as we consider the ingredients necessary to build communication, self reliance, mutual respect, tolerance, caring, and food security.  If you’d like to be a part of creating and sustaining authentic community through gardening, contact Lisa McMinn

NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE/FLEA MARKET
April and November

Held in April and October, the Neighborhood Yard Sale/Flea Market joins Good Shepherd parishioners together with members of the neighborhood surrounding The Hill to create a multi-family yard sale in the parking lot of our Woodland Campus. Each person sets up their own space, and they keep whatever profit they earn. There is also live music, free coffee, and food for purchase. Through the sale, we seek to bring people to our second campus, help neighbors develop relationships with one another, and with Good Shepherd parishioners, and provide shoppers with quality merchandise at very low prices.
Next Event: Saturday, September 14 | 8-11a

COOKS & CRAFTERS HOLIDAY MARKET

Cooks & Crafters is a holiday bazaar featuring local chefs, artisans, and crafters. Held in December, the Cooks & Crafters Series provides a comfortable environment for both sellers and shoppers, as well as an alternative holiday shopping experience that supports our local economy.
