Stewardship 2010

"ALL THINGS COME OF THEE O LORD…
AND OF THINE OWN HAVE WE GIVEN THEE."

As Christians and as members of this parish family, we believe that all we have and all we are is of God. Our whole lives, therefore, call us all to gratitude. Moreover, because everyone has been gifted in this way, we believe everyone has a faithful offering to make.
Based on these principles, this year our Stewardship program privileges participation above any monetary goal. We invite every adult and child in the parish to make a pledge of their time, talent, and treasure. Your pledge may be to pray for the parish, to give financially every week, to teach Sunday School, or to attend a Bible Study. Every promise has its own integrity, and it is important to the integrity of our community as a whole that everyone make such a promise. Know that every pledge will be honored, and no faithful gift is greater than another.
Trusting in your faithful and timely response, our Stewardship Team and parish leadership commit to conclude our parish-wide campaign on Sunday November 1, All Saints Sunday. We have marked that day as Commitment Sunday, and during each of our services everyone in the parish will be invited to carry their pledge to the altar. We have faith that the sum of our gratitude will be more than enough for us as a parish to meet our responsibilities and goals.
Pledge cards are available in the Church Office for your convenience.
