Parish Giving Parade 2020

Parish Giving Parade 2020
“Ascribe to the Lord the honor due his Name; bring offering and come into his courts.” – Psalm 96:8
On Sunday, July 26, our Good Shepherd community came together both safely and joyfully during an extraordinary time of pandemic.
More than 100 car-loads of families donned your masks and drove through our parking lot for a socially-distanced Parish Giving Parade. While exchanging waves and greetings with mask-wearing staff, you visited Steve the Shepherd and heard Sam playing Shepherd Camp’s greatest hits live.
You dropped off non-perishable food donations for Community First! Village, re-filling our large wooden bin more than four times over. You made generous financial gifts as you passed by the offering plate.
And more than 100 of you took home prepared meals from our own Chef Robert, to share around the table at home with your families.
What a great time we had in this drive-through fellowship! Thank you, Good Shepherd.
If you couldn’t make it in person, it’s not too late to take part! Make an online offering here, or use the NEW drop-off slot on the back-door of the admin building on the Windsor Campus.
You can also continue to drop off non-perishable foods for Community First! Village at the bin in our Windsor parking garage or next to the front entrance at The Hill. For more information on this outreach, contact Aimee Bostwick.
