Good Shepherd Episcopal School
Nothing Without Joy!
Our school is a place where young children come to play, learn and explore God's creation with a sense of wonder and excitement. For more than 65 years, Good Shepherd Episcopal School has lovingly served children ages two through Kindergarten. Click here to visit the Good Shepherd Episcopal School website.
JOY for our Children
Above all else, what you will see when you come to our school is children engaged in a myriad of creative and interesting activities, both indoors and outside. You will see them deeply engaged in challenging projects and you will see them acting silly and enjoying wonderful play. You will see happy faces and you will hear plenty of "joyful noises!"
JOY for our Teachers
You will see loving nurturing teachers with a rich history of dedicated service to Good Shepherd Episcopal School. Our teachers encourage children to observe, question, explore and experiment. They know that children at this age develop at different rates and they help identify and address their individual needs.
JOY for our Community of Families, Friends & Neighbors
Next you might get a glimpse of a mom, dad, grandparent or special friend who is taking part in the classroom activity by providing a special snack, a unique cultural experience, or who is lending a hand with an art project or preparations for a special event.
JOY for our Partnership with The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd
You will see a school and a church who are sharing spaces across the campus for chapel services, weekly music classes and events throughout our school year. You may witness clergy offering birthday blessings or Holy Eucharist to the joy of our families.
JOY for Positive Growth & Development
At Good Shepherd Episcopal School, we strive to support children so they will grow and develop spiritually, socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically. You will see the blossoming and development of these dear children.
JOY for our Children
We begin and end with joy for our children because they are our greatest gift and treasure.
