How do we consider ethical issues and difficult decisions?
Topical forum with Dr. Scott Bader-Saye

How do we consider significant ethical issues in our lives and in our communities? Join us for two forums that will consider issues around the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding abortion. These forums will let us explore difficult issues and will provide an environment of respect and curiosity. Neither the parish nor the presenters will advocate for a particular position.

On Tuesday, September 13, Dr. Scott Bader-Saye will present a faith-based framework for making difficult ethical decisions and will discuss what we might consider as we seek a position we are comfortable with or seek to understand the reasons why a particular decision we hold feels right to us.

Dr. Bader-Saye is the Academic Dean and Helen and Everett H. Jones Professor of Christian Ethics and Moral Theology at the Seminary of the Southwest.
