DESCRIPTION:Our second campus’ Sunday worship follows a slightly less-traditional Episcopal liturgy\, in a comfortable setting. Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, September 21\, we welcome the Very Reverend Katie Churchwell\, Dean of St. Paul’s Cathedral in Oklahoma City\, OK. She will preach at 8:00a and 10:30a in the Windsor\, nave and will join the Rev. Stanford Adams for a conversation at 9:15a in the Windsor\, media room. St. Paul’s Cathedral is located just over a block from the Murrah Federal Building and the church was profoundly damaged in the 1995 bombing. Katie and Stanford will discuss what it means to be a witness to resilience and hope\, even during tragedy and suffering. We hope that St. Paul’s experience will provide a helpful perspective as we continue to mourn the losses of the Central Texas floods.

DESCRIPTION:First Friday Fellowship is an opportunity to meet Hillside families and participate in monthly school chapel led by Rev. Leah. Come to the Parish Hall for donuts and coffee and stay for chapel in the sanctuary. All students and participants are invited to bring your “lovey” or a picture of your animal friend to receive a blessing. We will learn about St. Francis and his love for the whole world\, from worms to whales\, and how this love teaches us to live in the world with one another.

SUMMARY:Holy Eucharist: The Hill
DESCRIPTION:Our second campus’ Sunday worship follows a slightly less-traditional Episcopal liturgy\, in a comfortable setting. Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:Join us at The Hill as we honor and remember our deceased loved ones and ancestors by contributing photos and mementos to the All Souls’ Ofrenda Table. From Oct. 12 through Nov. 2\, we’ll share in this beautiful tradition that celebrates God’s faithful presence in the lives of all the saints. Throughout the month\, Hillside students will create special offerings including flowers\, bread\, and sugar skulls to adorn the table in preparation for All Saints’ Day. All are welcome to participate in this meaningful time of remembrance and community.
