Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:Our second campus’ Sunday worship follows a slightly less-traditional Episcopal liturgy\, in a comfortable setting. Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:On Martin Luther King Jr. weekend\, we celebrate King’s legacy of the beloved community by engaging with the many cultures and languages used by the people of God in the Episcopal church. And we rejoice that\, through repentance\, reconciliation\, and relationship\, we may all experience the abundant love of Christ’s kingdom. This year at the Hill (1700 Woodland Ave)\, our service is a trilingual one and we will experience our tradition in American Sign Language\, English\, and Spanish. DESCRIPTION:Education Hour is what we call our “Sunday School” or “Formation” classes. Formation means “an act of giving shape to something.” We are shaped into followers of Jesus in lots of ways: through scripture\, prayer\, worship\, friendship\, and care for our neighbors\, among other things. Every Sunday\, adults and older teens are invited to take some time to study scripture and theology as part of this formation. \nAll are welcome!\nNo preparation necessary – we will supply books and materials as needed.\nCome hungry!
