Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:The Feast of the Epiphany\, on January 6 each year\, marks the beginning of a whole season where we celebrate the revelation of God’s love to the world in the person of Jesus. The Season of Epiphany is also a time for blessing homes\, including the medieval tradition of ‘chalking the door’ to your home. \nFollowing our 9:15a and 10:30a worship services\, we will ‘chalk’ the doors of the church. We will also have chalk and instructions for you to take home so that you can chalk your doors\, too. \n

DESCRIPTION:Our second campus’ Sunday worship follows a slightly less-traditional Episcopal liturgy\, in a comfortable setting. Prayed in the The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II\, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live\, acoustic band\, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. \nThe Hill worship also includes a brief children’s sermon\, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion. \nNursery care available.

DESCRIPTION:Education Hour is what we call our “Sunday School” or “Formation” classes. Formation means “an act of giving shape to something.” We are shaped into followers of Jesus in lots of ways: through scripture\, prayer\, worship\, friendship\, and care for our neighbors\, among other things.
