A long tradition of the church\, on the day before Lent begins\, people use up their rich foods in preparation for a season of fasting. This year\, the Hill will celebrate this tradition with a delicious shrimp boil\, desserts\, and festive music. Food alternatives available for those with shellfish allergies.
