SUMMARY:First Friday Fellowship and Chapel - St. Francis Day Blessing of the animals
DESCRIPTION:First Friday Fellowship is an opportunity to meet Hillside families and participate in monthly school chapel led by Rev. Leah. Come to the Parish Hall for donuts and coffee and stay for chapel in the sanctuary. All students and participants are invited to bring your “lovey” or a picture of your animal friend to receive a blessing. We will learn about St. Francis and his love for the whole world\, from worms to whales\, and how this love teaches us to live in the world with one another.

DESCRIPTION:In celebration of the Feast of St. Francis we will host our annual Blessing of the Animals. Bring your furry friends (or just a photo of them) to a short\, interactive service celebrating our pets and the importance of them in our lives. Each pet will have the opportunity to be blessed by a priest\, and we will also offer special prayers for the pets we have loved and lost.
