Make a Stewardship Pledge for 2020

Way of Love: Bless

To bless is to share faith and unselfishly give and serve.

Jesus called his disciples to give, forgive, teach and heal in his name. We are empowered by the Spirit to bless everyone we meet, practicing generosity and compassion, and proclaiming the Good news of God in Christ with hopeful words and selfless actions. We can share our stories of blessing and invite others to the Way of Love. – The Episcopal Church

Stewardship at Good Shepherd

Your stewardship pledge allows the formation team to Bless through Wednesdays on Windsor, guest speakers, children’s choir, fellowship dinners. It allows our clergy to Bless – quite literally! – through celebrating the Holy Eucharist in five Sunday services and four weekday services with excellent liturgy and music on both of our campuses. It allows our congregation to Bless through outreach programs and through assistance to those in need. And it transforms us into people who are more generous and giving – the people we are called by God to be.

We ask you to participate in this opportunity to both give and receive God’s blessings.

Ministry goals

To meet our ministry goals for 2020, we ask those who have pledged in the past to increase their financial commitment to the ministry of the parish, and we ask all members of our parish community to make a pledge. Pledges make up more than three-fourths of the financial support for our parish’s ministries, and this year’s campaign is especially important because it will show candidates for rector that our community is strong and committed to ministry, even during an interim period.

Thank you for your generosity. Your gifts make our common ministry possible.
