Taking care of someone you love is hard work and caregiver needs are often pushed aside. This series of six classes meets on Wednesdays from 1:00p–2:30p starting January 17 through February 21.
The tools learned from ‘Powerful Tools for Caregivers’ benefit caregivers by helping to developing a wealth of self-care strategies to better handle the unique challenges faced by those administering care. This is open to Good Shepherd parishioners and the Austin community.
