Lise (pronounced like lease an apartment) joined the Good Shepherd staff in 2025 as the Coordinator of Ministry Operations. In this role, she provides administrative and liturgical support, serving as Parish Registrar, Worship Coordinator, and offering administrative office management. Originally from Pennsylvania, Lise grew up attending Good Shepherd, Kingwood (in northeast Houston), before moving to Austin to study Economics at the University of Texas. She brings a rich background in operations and leadership, having previously served as a Global Operations Manager in the semiconductor industry and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for an outdoor power equipment company. Most recently, she was the Operations Manager at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Northwest Hills, where she and her family continue to worship. Lise and her wife, Rory, have five children – Nicolas, Emilie, Noah, Andrew, and Cameron. In their rare free time, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and dinners out on the town.
