At Good Shepherd, we believe that financial generosity is more than a duty—it is a spiritual practice that transforms both giver and community.
Parishioners are encouraged to make an annual stewardship pledge. A pledge is a personal financial commitment as an expression of faith and gratitude for God’s generosity. Each year, members are invited to make this pledge — a specific promise to “work, pray, and give for the spread of the kingdom of God” (Book of Common Prayer, page 856). A pledge is not a contract — it is a statement of intent and commitment.
