AUTOMATE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

  1. By contacting your bank (online or in person) and registering for a recurring payment through your bank’s bill payment system. The mailing address to use for Good Shepherd is: P.O. Box 5176, Austin, TX 78763.

  1. By registering through our online-processing software. Click here to be directed to the login screen.  At this page, you may sign-in (if you already have an account) or create a new account using your email address.  When creating a new account, ACS will email you an initial password so you can begin the login process (you can change this password after logging in for the first time).

Once logged into the system, you will find options for scheduling automatic payments either from a credit card or directly from your bank account.

* Please note that ACS charges Good Shepherd a fee for your use of their system.

Your pledge will not auto renew, even though your payments continue into the new year. Please make your pledge commitment known each year.

Good Shepherd is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

GIFTS IN HONOR & MEMORY

A gift to the Good Shepherd Endowment Fund is a special way to remember or honor people you love. Giving gifts in memory of loved ones who have died and people we wish to honor is a way to ensure the strength of Good Shepherd’s ministry in the future. Those honored and the families of those remembered will be notified of your gift.

STOCK GIFTS

Making a gift of securities to Good Shepherd is easy. When transferring a gift of stock, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Provide written instructions to your broker to make a transfer specifying the name of the stock and the number of shares to be transferred. If you inform the broker verbally, it is advisable to follow-up in writing.
  2. Your broker will need the following routing information to transfer the stock to Good Shepherd’s account:

  • Prior to transferring stock, please send Good Shepherd a letter or email informing us of your gift and letting us know how you would like us to apply it – towards the operating fund, capital campaign fund, etc. In your email or letter, please tell us the name of the securities and the number of shares to be transferred. Please mail to the attention of Lisa Ard or email to Lisa Ard.
  • The date that the stock is received in the parish’s account is the date of the gift for the parish’s purposes. You should consult your tax advisor or financial advisor for information on the date of the gift for tax purposes.
  • Good Shepherd will sell the stock immediately.
  1. Please contact the Director of Finance, Lisa Ard by email or by phone at 512-476-3523 ext. 7712 to inform us about your transfer. We will provide a written receipt for your gift once the transfer is received.
