In-person Procedures

Masks
We encourage masks indoors.
Masks are required for those who have not been fully vaccinated.

Please do not attend in person if:
— You are not feeling well
— You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last two weeks.

Modifications to our service:
— Please pass the peace while remaining socially distanced.
— At Communion we will receive the bread. We will pause receiving from the chalice while cases are elevated in our community. Our tradition teaches that receiving in one kind - either the bread or the wine - conveys the full benefits of the sacrament.

Sunday   |    10:30 am
HOLY EUCHARIST WITH
AN ACOUSTIC BAND

Woodland, Sanctuary
Service details

Our second campus’ Sunday worship follows a slightly less-traditional Episcopal liturgy, in a comfortable setting. Prayed in the more contemporary language (“You” and “Your”) of The Book of Common Prayer’s Rite II, and supported by the choral and musical leadership of a live, acoustic band, The Hill’s worship includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational singing; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.

The Woodland campus worship also includes a brief children’s sermon, after which families may choose to allow their children to join appointed Youth for community-building time on the playground. Youth then lead participating children’s return to the sanctuary in time for Communion.

Sunday   |    6:00 pm
HOLY EUCHARIST WITH ORGAN
Windsor, Sanctuary
Service details

Our evening worship offers a more meditative, intimate atmosphere, acknowledging with prayer and setting the close of day. The 6:00 pm includes readings from scripture; a sermon; prayers; congregational hymns led by organ; and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.

Choral Evensong   |    6:00 pm
HOLY EUCHARIST WITH
SPECIAL MUSIC

Windsor, Sanctuary
Service details

On the second Sunday of Program Year months (Labor Day through Memorial Day), the Good Shepherd Choir leads Choral Evensong for our 6:00 pm service. Evensong, a music-rich setting of Evening Prayer, is among our most traditionally Anglican liturgies, witnessing the Church’s ancient devotion of praying each day’s hours. At Good Shepherd, this service comprises choral anthems, plainsong chant, congregational hymnody, scripture readings, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.

HEALING SERVICE
Windsor, Sanctuary

Service details

This quiet, reflective service takes time to pray specifically for those whose names appear on our prayer lists - those who suffer in any way, our expectant mothers and newborn babies and their families, those who have died, and those serving in the armed forces. Anointing of the Sick is offered to those who so desire, and the liturgy concludes with Holy Communion.
