Choral Evensong, 6:00p
Holy Eucharist with special music
Windsor Campus | Sanctuary
Service details
On the second Sunday of Program Year months (Labor Day through Memorial Day), the Good Shepherd Choir leads Choral Evensong for our 6:00p service. Evensong, a music-rich setting of Evening Prayer, is among our most traditionally Anglican liturgies, witnessing the Church’s ancient devotion of praying each day’s hours. At Good Shepherd, this service comprises choral anthems, plainsong chant, congregational hymnody, scripture readings, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
