Community First! Village: Move-Ins

Join us to help Community First! Village set up new houses for our unhoused neighbors. Volunteers assemble furniture, stock pantries, hang pictures, and clean and stock linens. We also have an opportunity to tour the Village after our shift. Good Shepherd parishioners volunteer the 3rd Saturday of each month. We need 12 volunteers total, 6 for each house. Kids are encouraged to join in.

We check in at the Welcome Center (big red building across from the main CFV campus – take a left off of Hog Eye Road) and are guided to one of the new homes to clean and furnish for unhoused neighbors. CF!V is a 51-acre community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for people coming out of chronic homelessness. Questions? Please contact Jack Wolfe.
