Good Shepherd’s Windsor campus has offered a spiritual home for friends and neighbors since 1944. Today, the congregation at the Windsor campus is among the largest in The Episcopal Church. Our size makes extraordinary ministry possible, but our strong sense of community means newcomers are warmly welcomed and regulars known by name.
We invite you to worship with us at services held five days a week (Sunday–Thursday) and to explore our full calendar. We worship in a range of liturgical styles — from traditional services with organ and choir in our church building to more informal services with an acoustic band in our Parish Life Center — and we offer a wide range of opportunities to study and serve with others.
This campus is home to Good Shepherd Episcopal School, a parish day school ministry founded in 1945 to nurture children aged two through kindergarten. GSES serves approximately 150 children in a half-day, play-based program. GSES is a separate 501(c)(3) entity with board members appointed by the Vestry.

Located in Austin’s East Riverside-Oltorf Neighborhood, the Hill was founded in 2016 to provide expanded opportunities for worship and missional service on the southeast side of the city. We are a multicultural community, worshiping in English with American Sign Language interpretation. Los boletines en español están disponsibles para la misa.
We invite you to join us for Sunday worship at 10:30a. We also host weekly programs and seasonal events. As a small-but-growing community, the Hill is a great place to get involved.
Te invitamos a unirte a nosotros para el culto dominical a las 10:30a y a participar en las oportunidades de formación y eventos semanales y estacionales.
In addition to church programming, the Hill is home to Hillside Early Childhood Center and the Park at Love Hill. Hillside ECC builds on the legacy of Good Shepherd Episcopal School by delivering an excellent, full-day, year-round developmental program for over 90 students aged six weeks for four years. Founded in 2018, the school seeks to provide the southeast Austin area with excellent, whole-child education aimed at expanding opportunities for kindergarted readiness in the area. Hillside is a separate 501(c)(3) entity with board members appointed by the Vestry.
The Park at Love Hill, located at the base of the Hill’s property, is a community gathering space open for use by our neighbors. Each summer, we host “4th of July on the Hill” at the park, with a great view of downtown fireworks.
We are one diverse family of faith serving Austin from two campuses and two schools. Bound by a common vision and mission, each of these seeks to further God’s vision and the mission of parish — to be a place where we find joyful union with God and with one another, being fully known and fully loved.
